Adding New Spotlights to Property Profiles (COPE Layout)

Configuration: None

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

Betterview has added a new capability to add missing or undetected spotlights using the “Spotlight Editor” functionality on profiles enabled with the COPE layout. When a user finds an area on a property that was missed (a “false negative”) by the available detections, this functionality will allow a user to manually assign what property or building detection was missing, then draw the spotlight over the affected area. Once the spotlight(s) has been drawn, a user can send the additions to our system to receive a new score for the impacted buildings.

As always, all use of the spotlight editor functionality will make its way back to Betterview Data Science and Machine Learning teams in their ongoing efforts to improve the quality of the detections going forward.

Activity Panel on Property Profile (COPE Layout)

Configuration: None

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

The Activity Panel primarily holds information about users who have viewed property profiles, and users who have added or removed individual spotlights from the profile. Betterview has now integrated the Activity Panel, previously found on the legacy Property Profile, into the property profile menu on the COPE layout.

Pavement Detections Available in Flag Builder

Configuration: Contact Customer Experience for Flag Rule Configuration

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

Betterview has now made available the four different pavement-related detections for use within the Flag system. These detections include cracked pavement, disintegrated pavement, stained pavement, or repaired pavement, and they can be included in both point in time flag rules as well as change over time flag rules.

View Multiple Shape and Material Detections for Buildings on Property Profile (COPE layout)

Configuration: None

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

When Betterview computer vision detects multiple roof shapes and/or roof materials, a user is now able to review all associated roof shape and material detections within the parcel view and within the building level view, along with the confidence levels associated with those shape and/or material detections.

API Enhancements

Configuration: Requires Use of Betterview APIs

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

Betterview has introduced a new API endpoint that will allow API users to check remaining provided quota associated with client org configuration to determine if the next API requests will be accepted by the system. Betterview has also introduced an API response header to sync or async requests that will enable API programmers a programmatic way of finding the current rate limits for requests, the remaining units available within the rate limit, and the expiration of the current rate limit.

For more details on when and how to integrate these API enhancements, contact Betterview support.

Renewal Date on Property Action Dashboard

Configuration: Renewal date associated with individual property records

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

Betterview has made available the "renewal date" field on the property action dashboard. This will allow users to sort the property action dashboard table by ascending or descending renewal dates to assist in identifying properties that are nearing their renewal dates.
