Roof Age

Configuration: Must be enabled

User Limitation: Must use Nearmap images

Betterview just announced the industry's first AI-powered, imagery-verified, remote visual analysis of roof age. This new solution is more accurate and reliable than existing roof age data and is a great validation and supplement.

This feature is a new offering and requires a contract amendment for access. Please reach out to Betterview if you are interested in learning more.

PartnerHub: California Fire Risk Reduction Communities

Configuration: Access to Partnerhub and California Fire Risk Reduction Community required

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

California Fire Risk Reduction Communities have been added to PartnerHub. When enabled, it will geospatially evaluate whether a property fits within one of the Fire Risk Reduction Communities.

This is to help insurers comply with the community-level mitigation designations in the latest California regulations to protect communities from wildfire

C.O.P.E. Layout: Action Tracker

Configuration: None

User Limitation: None

Availability: Immediate

A new Action Tracker has been added to the C.O.P.E. Layout in the Determination section. Users can select an action entry reason per property profile. One the reason has been submitted it will be saved in the History section of the Action Tracker and is reportable with access to the Electronic Data Warehouse.

C.O.P.E. Layout: External ID Not Required

Configuration: None

User Limitation: None

When ordering an individual property using the C.O.P.E Layout, External ID is not required to order the property. External ID is still required in the default user interface and is still required in bulk uploads.

C.O.P.E. Layout: Tree Fall Risk

Configuration: LIDAR and Tree Fall Risk must be enabled

User Limitation: None

If a carrier has LIDAR enabled in the C.O.P.E. Layout, there is a new display option to determine tree fall risk. The new view will evaluate proximity to the buildings and tree height to determine if a tree is a risk to a building.
