As you are going through the one-off order process you may find that the boundary line is off or needs to be redrawn. For more information on placing a One-Off Order you can view this article here.

Once you enter the External ID, there will be a section labeled "Show Additional Company Data". If you click on that, there will be a section that allows you to include further details regarding the report.

After clicking on "Show Additional Company Data", there will be a "Redraw" option on the right side that will allow you to customize the boundary to include what is needed in the report.

Step 1: Click on "Show Additional Company Details" and then click "redraw" and the existing boundary will disappear

Step 2: After clicking on "redraw", click anywhere on the map to start drawing your boundary. To finish your boundary, click back on the 1st point to close/save the Boundary.

Step 3: Once your boundary has been redrawn, you have the option to edit the redrawn boundary by selecting "Edit", where you can adjust your boundary lines or if your Boundary is good to go scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Analyze this Property" to submit your order.

You are also able to return to the original boundary by selecting the revert button to the right of the redraw button if you wish to restart the process. Once you have made your redraw and edits, you are able to select "Save" or "Cancel" to keep or get rid of your redrawn boundary
