The new Pavement Cracks detection is now available in Betterview. If a property has pavement cracks, stains, disintegrations and repairs on the property, they will be captured as detections. Note that the Pavement Cracks detection does not impact the Roof Spotlight Index.

Betterview will now detect solar panels on a parcel in addition to solar panels on a roof. Note that the Solar Panel detection does not impact the roof score.

Four new roof material types have been added to Betterview; slate, wood shake, pavers, and roof coating.

Upgraded models for the existing HVAC, Trampoline and Roof Staining detections are now available in Betterview. The HVAC and Trampoline detections do not impact the Roof Spotlight Index. The new models improve the accuracy of the detections.
