For those that are utilizing an API with callbacks, Betterview has enhanced the error message in instances where a property could not be uploaded. Betterview now has an error code and code legend that can assist with identifying issues with uploading a property into Betterview. If there is interest in using the new error codes, please reach out to your Betterview representative and a legend for the error codes can be provided.

Betterview has updated the Roof Spotlight Index and now includes the Exposed Deck detection. Previous images and roof scores will not be impacted. Property images that are run moving forward will include the updated score and detection.
